In accordance with Law No. 09-08 enacted by Dahir 1-09-15 of February 18, 2009, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access or rectify your information. This is a contract between the agency and the primary driver. Both parties must strictly comply with the general rental conditions.
The driver must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driver's license that is more than 2 years old. Only the driver designated in the contract is allowed to drive.
A description of the car's condition will be attached to your documents and contract. The agency delivers a car whose condition matches the description, which the tenant must commit to in writing.
Please thoroughly inspect the vehicle before leaving the agency.
The agency will not consider claims for visible damages that were not reported at the time the vehicle was made available.
When returning the vehicle, its condition must match the description.
Any restoration costs resulting from the tenant's fault or that of an identified third party will incur an additional charge to the rental price.
The tenant is authorized to drive the vehicle only within Moroccan territory.
The tenant is responsible for any infractions committed during the rental period, and their details may be provided to the authorities if necessary.
It is strictly forbidden to:
1. Re-rent the vehicle,
2. Participate in rallies/competitions with the vehicle,
3. Commit an intentional infraction.
In case of damage or theft, the tenant must inform the agency within 48 hours. They are required to submit the amicable report in case of an accident or the theft report issued by the authorities in the case of theft, along with the keys and documents of the vehicle.
The tenant must be vigilant to any alerts displayed on the vehicle's dashboard and perform necessary checks (tire pressure, engine oil and water levels, etc.) when required.
The vehicle will be delivered with tires compliant with road regulations. In case one is damaged, the tenant must immediately replace it at their expense with a tire of the same size, type, and brand.
The renter agrees to return the vehicle to the rental agency by the date specified in the contract.
The rental duration is calculated from the time the vehicle is made available.
The duration of a rental contract is a minimum of 3 days.
The vehicle must be returned during the agency's opening hours.
In case of early return, no refund will be provided by the agency for unused rental days.
In case of late return, it is important to submit a request for an extension to our agency, along with the payment for the additional rental days.
For any changes to the rental duration or the agreed mileage in the contract, the renter will be subject to a price increase. In case of returning the vehicle in a city other than Casablanca, the renter must pay an additional charge for the vehicle recovery service.
The renter agrees to pay any fines related to violations of traffic laws during the rental period.
The renter's personal data may be used for:
– Completing the rental agreement,
– Communicating our offers and promotions that may interest them,
– Making payment reminders for unpaid amounts,
– Conducting studies and surveys to improve our services.
For legitimate reasons, the renter has the right to object to any processing of their data.
The renter has the right to access their personal data, subject to justification, and also has the right to modify their information.
Your personal data will only be shared after your consent or within the limits authorized by law.
The company may be required to disclose your personal data to the authorities, in accordance with applicable laws.
Our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. In case of an accident, an amicable report or police report must be presented to the agency. However, a capped deductible remains the responsibility of the driver if their partial or full liability is recognized.
In order to rent a car, a pre-authorization by credit card is mandatory.
– The credit card must be approved and in the name of the renter.
– The credit card must have sufficient funds to allow the agency to complete the necessary procedures.
– The pre-authorization is a block of funds on your bank account. The amount in question may appear as deducted from your account, but this is not the case; the money is simply blocked.
The pre-authorization cancellation occurs at the end of the rental contract after the return and inspection of the vehicle.

The reservation can be partially or fully made online.
The credit card must be in the name of the renter/driver.
The credit cards accepted by the agency are: VISA & MasterCard. Be sure to meet all the conditions of the car rental before making the payment, as any modifications or cancellations may incur additional fees.
Please note that smoking inside the car is strictly prohibited. In case of violation of this rule, specialized cleaning fees will apply.
